At Pravya World, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns only if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item. All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos or videos as proof. Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons, including personalized gifts, perishable items, bulk corporate orders, and products damaged due to misuse.
Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to seven working days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch; customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
